Extension Activities

My extension activities as director of Auburn’s Marine Program consist of improving coastal resilience in Alabama and Mississippi. Extension products include the development of three resilience indices for use by local governments, the fishing industry and tourism industry. Over the last 5 years more than $3 million in federal grants have been obtained to support this Extension program.
